Antibody Custom Production
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody Production
Provided by customers
1) Recombinant purification protein or natural purified protein 5mg (protein purity should be higher than 80%)
2) Synthetic polypeptide antigen (5mg). Or provide the seqres of polypeptide to us, we will synthesizing/coupling polypeptide.
3) Inactivated bacteria or viruses, or bacteria, virus proteins (Note: This must be not contagious and harmless to human).
4) Provide the gene sequences of functional proteins to us only, then we could also recombine & express the protein for customer.
Producing procedure
1) Vaccinating 5 BALB/ c strain mice with standard immune procedure. The antibody titers in serum will be determined by ELISA.
2) After the antibody titers are achieved appropriate values, the mouse spleen cells were fused to form hybridoma. Then determining the supernatant of growing hybridoma cell by ELISA.
3) Subcloning the hybridoma cell lines by the method of finite dilution, finally provide 2 hybridoma cell lines to the customer.
4) The Preparation of BALB/ c strain mice Ascites, antibody purification.

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody Production
Provided by customers
1) Purification protein or natural purified protein 10mg (protein purity should be higher than 80%).
2) Prepare polyclonal antibody with polypeptide antigen (10mg). Or provide the seqres of polypeptide to us, we will synthesizing/coupling polypeptide.
3) Inactivated bacteria or viruses, or bacteria, virus proteins (notes: must not be contagious, and harmless to human).
4) Provide the gene sequences of functional proteins to us only, then we could also recombine& express the protein for customer.
Producing procedure
Polypeptide or Protein Antigen/ Mycoprotein, etc. Immunizing 1-2 New Zealand rabbits (or 3 rats); determine the titers by collecting (rabbits) auricular arterial blood, serum were collected by bleeding of carotid artery; determine the titers by collecting (rats) tail veins blood, collected serums from heart.
Production result
Plan 1 Provide 10ml serum, titers >1: 10000. Including the report of titers value which were determined by indirect ELISA.
Plan 2 Povide 10 mg (Rabbit) Polyclonal antibody which was extracted by precipitation with ammonium sulfate, 2 mg (Rat) Polyclonal antibody which was extracted by precipitation with ammonium sulfate, antibody titers (1mg/ml) > 1: 5000; Including the report titers value which were determined by indirect ELISA.
Plan 3 According to the requirement, collecting serum by sustaining immunization.
The project completion time: 4-5 months.
